چکیده

Patterning materials with different properties in a single film is fundamental challenge and essential for the development of next-generation (opto)electronic functional components. This work introduces concept ion exchange lithography demonstrates spatially controlled patterning electrically insulating films semiconductors tunable optoelectronic properties. In lithography, reactive nanoparticle “canvas” locally converted by printing “inks.” To demonstrate proof principle, canvas nanoporous lead carbonate spatioselectively into semiconducting halide perovskites contact an precursor ink methylammonium formamidinium halides. By selecting composition ink, photoluminescence wavelength perovskite over entire visible spectrum. A broad palette conversion inks can be applied on customizable stamp designs, spray-painting stencils, painting brush to inscribe well-defined patterns same canvas. Moreover, are exploited fabricate green light-emitting diode (LED), demonstrating functionality potential lithography.

X-ray Lithography on Perovskite Nanocrystals Films: From Patterning with Anion-Exchange Reactions to Enhanced Stability in Air and Water

Films of colloidal CsPbX3 (X = I, Br or Cl) nanocrystals, prepared by solution drop-casting or spin-coating on a silicon substrate, were exposed to a low flux of X-rays from an X-ray photoelectron spectrometer source, causing intermolecular C═C bonding of the organic ligands that coat the surface of the nanocrystals. This transformation of the ligand shell resulted in a greater stability of the...
